Pressurized process thermostats from 20 to 25 kW for temperature control from -40 to 140 °C
The LAUDA Integral P process thermostats operate based on the flow principle, with a pressure overlay of up to 4 bar, which allows the use of non-flammable water/glycol mixtures within a temperature range of -40 to 140°C. In addition, an electronically controlled, magnetically coupled pump ensures optimized flow rates for various applications. Like all devices in the Integral line, the Integral P is compatible with the LAUDA.LIVE platform, which enables remote maintenance, monitoring, and a range of additional functions.
The Integral P Pressurized process thermostats feature a compressed air supply, therefore drawing the temperature control medium into the unit using a negative pressure of -0.2 bar. As with all next-generation Integral devices, the Intergal P process thermostats feature a modular interface concept, offering maximum flexibility to adapt to various users processes.
