H-Cube Advance Demo Event 2025

H-Cube Advance Demo Event 2025

Demo Event hosted by the Laboratory for Chemical Technology (LCT) of UGent

Partners from ChemSPX, LCT, ThalesNano and CESPE have come together to bring you an exciting demonstration event. It will showcase new tools shaping the future of flow chemistry and reaction engineering, offering participants the opportunity to engage directly with advanced equipment and experts in the field.

Whether you are an academic researcher, an industrial chemist, or simply interested in process intensification, this event provides valuable insights into how modern technologies can accelerate discovery and scale-up.

Hands-on Flow Chemistry with the H-Cube Advance

The H-Cube® Advance is the next evolution in benchtop flow chemistry, combining ThalesNano’s award-winning technology with enhanced precision, safety, and ease of use. Designed for modern laboratories, it enables efficient hydrogenation and catalyst screening with on-demand hydrogen generation and intuitive touchscreen control.

From selective reductions and nitrile or nitro group conversions to debenzylations, aromatic ring reductions, or even deuteration and coupling reactions, the H-Cube® Advance delivers reproducible and scalable results, all within a compact, plug-and-play platform.

Don’t miss out the opportunity to explore how the H-Cube Advance can streamline your synthetic workflow and explore new possibilities in continuous flow chemistry. The number of places are limited, so make sure to register below!

Visit of High-Throughput Kinetics Set-up (LCT)

Participants will have the opportunity to visit LCT’s High-Throughput Intrinsic Kinetics (HTK) Reactor Systems, a unique platform designed to deliver reliable intrinsic kinetic data for information-driven catalyst design.

Two complementary set-ups are available: the HTK-S, enabling fast parallel screening of a large variety of catalysts and reaction networks, and the HTK-MI, dedicated to in-depth mechanistic investigations on benchmark catalysts.

Together, these systems support both catalyst screening and mechanistic model construction, accelerating the transition from experimental data to predictive microkinetic modelling.
