AGI Benchtop Filter Reactor is a compact system that combines reactor and filter functionality at the benchtop scale, creating a seamless workflow for crystallization processes. This Benchtop Filter Reactor supports the synthesis of crystalline products along with filtration and washing cycles. Its full-jacket design ensures reactions through excellent thermal transfer.

Vacuum or gravity can assist filtration, and vacuum can dry the resulting product cake. The filtration component is quickly removable, making it easy to collect wet or dried product, change the filter cloth, and clean the system. Filter membranes or cloths can be selected to suit your specific process requirements.

The filtration component is carefully engineered to ensure efficient washing and filtration. A gasket with an O-ring creates a perfect seal between the glass and the PTFE plate, and a special gasket is provided for thicker filter cloths up to 1 mm.
