Pressurized process thermostats from 20 to 25 kW for temperature control from -40 to 140 °C
The LAUDA Integral P pressurized process thermostats work using the flow principle with a pressure overlay of up to 4 bar. This makes it possible to use of non-flammable water/glycol mixtures in a temperature range from-40 to 140°C.
An electronically controlled, magnetically coupled pump ensures optimal flow rates for a wide range of applications. Like all models in the Integral line, the Integral P is compatible with the LAUDA.LIVE platform. This allows for remote maintenance, monitoring, and additional smart functions.
The Integral P pressurized process thermostats include a compressed air supply. They draw in the temperature control medium using a negative pressure of -0.2 bar. Like all next-generation Integral devices, they feature a modular interface design. This offers maximum flexibility to adapt to different user processes.
Benefits and added value
- Fast cooling and heating cycles
- Expanded temperature range for water/glycol applications
- Demand-based flow rates in the application
- Optimal performance of the Integral P, even at extremely high pressure drops with low flow rates
