The CombiFlash NextGen 300+ flash chromatography system comes fully equipped with all options installed, offering a flow rate range from 1 to 300 mL/min and operating pressures up to 300 psi (20 bar). This advanced flash chromatography system features a solid load injection valve, which can be bypassed if you decide to perform a liquid injection. RFID technology comes standard, automatically identifying the size and type of RediSep or RediSep Gold column used for purification. Based on this data, the system automatically programs a default gradient and flow rate. Simply insert the column into the stand, press Play and the run starts. This same RFID technology ensures that the the rack type is automatically detected, preventing missed or overfilled tubes. Active solvent and waste level sensing, along with column air purge, are also standard features on the NextGen 300+
