The new LAUDA Integral T process thermostats are ideal for precise monitoring of external temperature control processes, operating in the temperature range from -30 to 150 °C. These devices enable rapid temperature changes, thanks to optimized heating and cooling outputs and small internal volumes.
The open hydraulic system ensures quick venting without functional restrictions. This makes it ideal for temperature control processes with frequent consumer or specimen changes.
The Integral T comes standard with a reliable, high-performance submersible pump and an internal bypass for pressure limitation. The modular interface concept now integrates into the Integral T, ensuring maximum networking of the user processes.
Working range
With the modular interface concept, you can integrate the new Integral process thermostats into your processes with maximum flexibility. The devices are come as standard with interfaces such as Ethernet, USB or Pt 100. Additional interfaces and communication protocol can integrate easily via modules.
Working temperature min.: -30°C
Working temperature max.: 150°C
Temperature stability: 0.05 ± K
Benefits of the process thermostats for external temperature control processes
- Quick aeration and outgassing, as well as high output and working pressure
- Preventive protection for pressure-sensitive consumers
- Heating and cooling functions work independently of the flow rate for the application. You can interrupt the flow, for example, when changing consumers
- Remote monitoring and maintenance via LAUDA.LIVE
