The Pilot Reactor Controller is compatible with reactors from any manufacturer, seamlessly connecting to a wide range of devices, including circulators, stirrers, sensors, and pumps. Its compact, modular design allows the Hub and DAQ to adapt to reactions of any complexity while positioning them to suit your lab setup best.
Even complex multistage reactions can run automatically using the intuitive software. Simply set your parameters and standby behaviours, and let the controller handle the rest.

Connecting to the Pilot Reactor Controller couldn’t be easier. The communication interfaces are easy to access and customizable to your requirement. After connection, the intuitive drag-and-drop software interface controls all devices. All data is displayed live, both numerically and graphically, allowing close tracking and modification of the reaction as it progresses.

The Pilot Reactor Controller’s modular design is easily configurable and removes the need to design a custom solution for your reactor setup. Each of the four module slots on the DAQ are customizable with one of five different communication interfaces, giving you a total of 16 different connections on each DAQ.
