Reactor Mixer
The Asia Reactor Mixer is ideal for flow chemistry reactions requiring ultra-fast mixing of up to three fluid streams. Its S-shaped channel geometry enhances mixing during the reaction, minimizes dead volumes, and offers excellent visibility
It also offers excellent chemical compatibility and operates reliably across a wide range of pressures and temperatures. The improved geometry helps prevent channel blockages.
Asia Microreactors
Asia Microreactor chips are highly chemically resistant, transparent, and durable flow reactors for solution-phase chemistry. Syrris’ proprietary designs allow for a wide range of temperatures and pressures, offering extremely fast and reproducible mixing, rapid heat transfer, minimized back pressure, and wide-bore mixer channels that reduce blockages.
Available in 250 µL and 1 mL volumes, as well as a 1 mL Reactor Mixer.
Volumes for every reaction
Asia Microreactors are available in three different volumes, each providing a range of reaction times. The residence time of the chemicals within the Microreactor varies with the volume, assuming the flow rate remains constant.
Each Microreactor has three inputs. Chip Blanking Plugs (2100210) can be used to block unused inputs. The output of one Microreactor can also be connected to the input of another to perform sequential reactions.
