The ePILOT® TFF system is a pilot-scale tangential flow filtration equipment designed for demanding downstream bioprocessing and product recovery in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

With a working volume of 10 to 100 liters, it offers high flow rates, high solute retention, and advanced features for optimal performance during downstream processing in bioprocess.

Full automated system features
Enhance your filtration process with this pilot scale solution, made of high-quality stainless steel and manufactured in-house. The ePILOT TFF is adaptable to a wide range of membrane ceramic and hollow fiber technologies, offering a filtration surface ranging from 0.5 to 2.5m². The full automated system features valves designed to carry out CIP and SIP cycles throughout the entire equipment, including the vessel, piping, and filtration module. To further optimize your process, a 2-in-1 concept has been incorporated with multiway peristaltic pumps that are both variable and configurable to work as fixed pumps.
