Easy configuration in 7 simple steps
1. Select framework
Start by selecting one of two Reactor-Ready Mini frameworks:
-
Reactor-Ready Mini Pro
Features integrated draindown manifolds for fast, mess-free, and tool-free vessel changes. Ideal for saving space, time, and money with a single workstation, allowing to swap vessels in minutes and without tools -
Reactor-Ready Mini Starter
A cost-effective option for smaller budgets, enabling direct connection of the vessel to your circulator. Best suited for applications where frequent vessel changes are not required.
2. Select vessel kits
Reactor-Ready Mini supports vessels ranging from 50 ml to 500 ml, designed for efficient heat transfer and mixing. Both single-jacketed and vacuum-jacketed vessels are available, all featuring a scale-up-friendly geometry with a uniform 1.25:1 height-to-diameter ratio across the range.
Vessel kits streamline the selection and ordering of vessels and accessories. Each kit includes a matched impeller, temperature probe, and adapter, ensuring reliable and uniform mixing throughout the full volume range.
3. Select overhead stirrer
Reactor-Ready Mini is compatible with a variety of compact overhead stirrers designed to accept an 8 mm OD shaft. Recommended options include the Radleys RS20 Mini Control and the Heidolph Hei-TORQUE Core overhead stirrers.
4. Select circulator
When paired with a suitable circulator or thermoregulator, Reactor-Ready Mini enables precise jacket temperature control from −70 °C to +230 °C. While the Huber range is recommended, the system is compatible with any circulator equipped with the appropriate hoses and adapters.
5. Select control software
For improved safety, precision, and reproducibility, Reactor-Ready Mini can be paired with AVA reaction control software.
AVA enables seamless control and data logging of multiple devices from a range of leading manufacturers, while allowing you to generate detailed reports instantly at the end of each experimen
6. Select software modules
Expand the capabilities of AVA with optional software modules, including pH control, Gravimetric Additions, Syringe Pump Additions, and more.
7. Select glassware & accessories
Complete your Reactor-Ready Mini setup with dedicated glassware and accessories from our extensive range, including:
-
Condensers, funnels, adapters, and reflux dividers
-
Temperature probes, stirrer shafts, PTFE lids, and more
