The compact ACCQPrep® SFC simplifies complex methods and ensures successful separations for users at all experience levels. When paired with an optional SFC AutoSampler (2×2 or 4×2), the ACCQPrep SFC offers versatility without limitations. It delivers all these features in the smallest Prep SFC footprint on the market. With the optional mass spectrometer and ELSD, you can collect based on mass and confidently separate weak UV-absorbing compounds.
The ACCQPrep SFC features a powerful pumping system capable of running up to 200 mL/min with 5 to 70 percent cosolvent composition to elute more polar compounds. For stacked injections without peak drift, the system ensures stability in CO2 flow and back-pressure through mass-flow feedback and automated back-pressure regulation.
At the core of the ACCQPrep SFC is a patented Gas-Liquid Separator (GLS) that minimizes carryover, requires low maintenance, and supports high cosolvent flow. This unique design allows bulk collection into up to eight vessels using the standard fractionation valve, or expanded open-bed fraction collection with the optional 2×2 or 4×2 SFC AutoSampler for unattended, multi-sample purifications.
Teledyne Labs’ reputation for intuitive and user-friendly purification software drives the ACCQPrep SFC, featuring the familiar PeakTrak® interface on a high-resolution, integrated 15” touchscreen. Easily adjust gradients and peak collections on the fly from the main screen. The Method Editor provides quick access to a single-page layout with detailed, user-friendly method parameters.
